I have to see if I can find the other, ehab, and I sort of misrepresented -- it's sort of a lead-up, where Sam is supposed to end the world. And then ... other stuff happens. It's short and gorgeous and very sensual, nothing epic like Last Outpost.
Lemme see if I can find it, though. I think it's a fleshflutter story.

Thank you! I'm going to read tonight. Apparently my squick is mutable. I can be convinced by good writing but the angst & difficulty have to be there. Established Sam/Dean does not work for me and good God no other Winchesters please!

Fleshflutter's great. I love her stuff, that which passes my filters.
I understand daddy!kink stories, but that doesn't mean I'll read John/Dean. They are two very different things. That's NOT my John, and that squick runs far deeper than Sam/Dean. Far deeper.
fleshflutter is a gorgeous writer. She wrote a horrorish story with Sam, Dean, Jess, and Madison that blew me away. Tiny little thing, but major chills.
Daddy!kink I get, as long as it's not with your daddy. For me, anyway.
And yeah, not ever my John. No way, no how. Or anyone's parent, really. I guess it's the power imbalance that freaks me out there. Sibling stuff I have to take case by case, and really I've only ever read Sam/Dean, although I know River/Simon is out there.
