Ignoring fic recs (I'm supposed to be working), but I'm working from home and Pilot + Wendigo are on today. Such young boys. They have matured well, but so nice to see them when their only worries were the things that went bump in the night.

I poked at the beginning of the story to see if I could, and no, I can't. I see how it's totally different from most of the other stories that fall into that general category that I've bumped into, but it's just so overwhelmingly extra sad that I'm gonna steer clear.

I was watching with you, Suzi! I really have to stop. I've now watched through the reruns three full times now, excluding S5 obviously, and I could probably use those two hours a little more productively every day.

That story is grim, ita. I sobbed the first time. Extraordinarily well done, though.

The anti-woo-thinking book that tommyrot brought up in natter made me think of the quotes battling here: "If He doesn't exist, fine. Bad crap happens to good people. That's how it is. And no rhyme or reason, just random horrible, evil. I get it. Okay? I can roll with that. But if He is out there, what's wrong with Him? Where the hell is He while all these decent people are getting torn to shreds? How does He live with Himself? You know, why doesn't He help?"
