That cueniform thing is very cool!

The shooting thing though, very uncool. Eesh.

Now tagless for your comfort.

We're watching Armageddon Week on the History Channel. JPL folks are making fun of Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck's plan to blow up asteroids.

The children are wearing their cranky pants tonight.

I have a stupid salivary blister due to all the time my mouth was pried open today.

In case you were missing cute Loki stories, he's spent the last 5 minutes trying to cover up a food dish with some wet food from 6 tonight. So enthusiastically that he's shoved it under the coffee table repeatedly then pulled it out. And now he and MK are sparring, but he keeps getting distracted by his own feet.

Also? My SIL gave me some of those aloe infused fuzzy socks for xmas. They're pink. I've decided pink is acceptable on my feet. Anyway, I love them and Loki does too, in an unfortunate manner: he likes to chew on them. When they are on my feets. I've found myself on the balance ball at the table with my feet tucked high up, trying hard not to tip over as I keep fidgeting to keep them out of range.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I just got to spend an hour with a lovely golden retriever and his owner in my apartment. My neighbor's grandmother and her dog are visiting and while the neighbor was out she took the dog out for a leak and locked herself out. The dog was polite, in a bouncy way. He'd go over to my kid shelf (where I keep toys and such for my friends children), pull out a stuffed animal and bring it by for a few moment's play as I talked to his person. The grandmother turned out to be an old school Communist from NYC, who had a lot to say about politics in the 40s compared to today. It was an unexpected, but fun way of spending the evening. The neighbors came home and my guests left, alas.

Punishingly Intricate

Ah shit, definitely scraping ice tomorrow.

aiyi I tried to get salt tonight but there wasn't any at the superfresh. I have to walk the dog still and I'm afraid to go down my front steps.

Also, computer! I deleted a bunch of things off of you. Why aren't you letting me upload my pictures???

I've made an entire backup of my LJ following these directions, msbelle: [link] It is still running. Granted, I have lots of entries. But yikes.
