I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb
turkey cheese burger and fries. None of the excellent iron foods are things I eat or like. Turkey is on the good list.
I was sad to learn that spinach (which I had been told to eat over the past few months) is relly best in iron when cooked, not raw, and despite being high in iron, it actually inhibits the absorbtion of the same (as do whole grains, thus I am having the white bread bun). Tomatos and Potatos both help with absorption, so the fries and tomato on the burger will help.
I also bought iron pills, so I should really be all covered.

It's for a good cause! The woman who owns the cafe has cancer, and hasn't been in the cafe in ages. She came in to the cafe over the weekend and made the bars. So I had to sample them so I could offer positive feedback, which will hopefully help her feel better.
