Chocolate, Wine And Tea Improve Brain Performance
I guess I know what my New Year's resolution is going to be!
I'm not a huge fan of tea. Guess I'll have to double up on the chocolate and wine. Darn it. Darn it all to heck.
Omg I forgot about the between holidays tourits. Help.
What did you end up having for lunch, msbelle?
I'm having brioche and brie. But I'm decadent mode.
Grilled chicken salad.
Being virtuous sucks donkey balls.

TEASE!!!
turkey cheese burger and fries. None of the excellent iron foods are things I eat or like. Turkey is on the good list.
I was sad to learn that spinach (which I had been told to eat over the past few months) is relly best in iron when cooked, not raw, and despite being high in iron, it actually inhibits the absorbtion of the same (as do whole grains, thus I am having the white bread bun). Tomatos and Potatos both help with absorption, so the fries and tomato on the burger will help.
I also bought iron pills, so I should really be all covered.
Ooh. Cafe woman just gave me a free sample of some peanut butter & chocolate desert bar thingie....
eta: Even nummier than I expected....
