Should we be avoiding Kristen's Roomate's actual name and refer to her only as Kristen's Roomate or She Who Must Not Be Named?
So she's Voldemortette from now on? Sweet.
OMG, have you people seen this blog: [link]
You know, Jesse, I thought it was going to be a different blog-- but a lot of the same pictures are on there. The blog I had seen seemed to specialize in Sears and JC Penney portrait studio pics and they came up with HI-larious captions for them. I'll see if I can find it.
Uggs are fine if you wear pants *over* them.
Scola and I are on the same wavelength. I have a pair. Purple. Only seen around the house because I have perpetually cold feet.

This, like inside pants, is totally acceptable because they are inside. My very favorite house slippers EVAR are not uggs but admittedly ugg-like. It's just that I don't make the mistake of thinking they're a high-fashion item!
Matt just made me snort so hard my ears popped.
So it turns out that I'm the kind of mother who keeps her kids home the last day of school so they can sleep in, then lets them play inside in their bathing suits just so long as they keep themselves amused and leave me to my cleaning.
Timelies all!
Tonight, not doing much.
Tomorrow, waiting for our new dining room set to be delivered, and going to the house of a co-worker for a party/dinner. (Mmm, Indian food)
Sunday, packing for Florida and going to G's mom's house for first night of Hannukkah.
Somewhere in there we will wrap gifts to give our friends when we get back from Florida.
I have some Lands End slippers for inside but I'm going to get Uggs for Christmas. It's just fucking cold up here and I want something comfy and easy that I don't have to wear socks with when I go out.
I'm also wearing a fleece turtle neck and inside pants right now AIFG!
My sister got her Christmas present from her favorite vendor--a Flip video camera. This is the same vendor that gave her an ipod nano and a Tom Tom GPS unit. I'm jealous. Although I have a Flip. I'd like the GPS and a Nano.
I am with you on the use-value of Uggs, Cash. If I could find fuzzy red boots I'd totally buy them.
I want a GPS and a nano too. I'm like Cash, minus the flip (and I'd like one of those too.)
Turns out I'm the reason the economy has tanked. I never actually buy anything.
With the unflattering jeans and oversized shirts.
Tapered-leg jeans, right? If I'm remembering the early 90s correctly, boot-cut was nowhere in sight. It was all straight-leg (for the uncool people) or tapered leg for the cool people.
Which leads me to ask WHY? Why wear pants that are cut to deliberately make the top half of your legs look bigger???
Ah, boot-cut jeans. My thunder thighs love you.
