Wash: Psychic, though? That sounds like something out of science fiction. Zoe: We live in a space ship, dear. Wash: So?

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

No one is saying not to engage in a dialog with those we don't agree with. It's the when and where. I know I'm still feeling raw about the Prop 8 thing so the timing is definitely an issue. It is also an honor to be asked to be part of the inauguration. I personally don't feel that that honor should be extended to someone who doesn't believe that all deserve equal rights.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Do people have a brand of ready made pie crusts they like?

(I know they are easy to make, but I have time constraints)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Yeah, again with the GC agreement. Engage all you want. Don't put Warren up front after Prop. 8 got defeated. It's like rubbing your nose in it, and validating the opposition to gay marriage. It's the wrong message at the wrong time and extremely hurtful.

Now tagless for your comfort.

This weekend will be shopping. More shopping. Cleaning, laundry and more shopping.

I've procrastinated a little.

Perkins, I use Pillsbury (in the refrigerator section) when I am in a rush.

Punishingly Intricate

I think Pillsbury is actually pretty good. I haven't used it in a while though.

This weekend is a little insane.

Tonight -- local brother, wife, baby coming over then we are going to dinner and going to see the lights on 34ths st. Although in the car I guess if it's still raining like it is. Later I come home and make caramel frosting Jesse linked to for my cookies I'm making for cookie swap.

Saturday -- Running in morning, A million errands, Christmas and best friend birthday-party related, wrapping presents, making food for the party, partying.

Sunday -- Yoga I really, really hope, more Xmas shopping, more wrapping, making cookies for cookie swap, cleaning house for petsitter, going to cookie swap.

Monday -- Working, more cleaning, packing, meeting with petsitter to explain house and pets.

Tuesday -- Working and flying to Chicago for Midwest Christmas.

I hope to sleep sometime when I'm out there.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Today: SNOW DAY! Yay! I'm going to wrap presents and do laundry.

Saturday: Pack and get ready to travel. Buy one last present.

Sunday: Drive to Tennessee.

Perkins, I've used the Trader Joe's one, and it's pretty good, too.
