I never realized the importance of shrimp to holiday parties. I don't think I ever experienced a holiday shrimp plate before 3 or 4 years ago.

OK, I thought shrimp WAS heart healthy. I thought the idea that it was bad is obsolete. High Cholesterol and low fat and thus overall lowers rather than raises cholesterol. Is that in turn now obsolete?
