Lorne: My little prince. Oh…what did they do to you? Angel: Nina…tried to…eat me. Lorne: Oh, you're--medic! You're gonna make it Angel. Just don't stop fighting. Doctor! Is there a Gepetto in the house?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The Smoking Gun is saying that Candidate #5 is Emil Jones, an Illinois state legislator.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

CNN has a slightly different line here. Only a little less absurd.

Quinn said he had not spoken to Blagojevich at length since summer 2007.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Jews control all of the internets, don't they?

Somehow I doubt it.

When I clicked that link (www.bacon.com) I got a blank page. This made me laugh and laugh and laugh. And vow to be nicer to Hil. When her people (be they the Jews or the vegetarians) end up running the show completely I want to be on her good side.

My stomach is growling, I failed to bring food, and there is nearly horizontal rain outside.

The Lt. Gov hasn't spoken to the Gov in almost a year? ?!

It's all so crazy!!!! and his biggest political enemy, I understand, is his father-in-law?

What a soap opera!

Just in time too what with Dirty, Sexy, Money being cancelled.

Coding and Sleeping

It's snowing here and I just realized that there's no good way for me to get home. I can't take the way I took last year because that road is closed for construction. The second choice is also closed for construction. I could get on the highway and meet up take another road, but the on ramp is closed for construction. That leaves me with a way that isn't great in snow and goes through some construction which might slow things down.

Today was nuts. Meeting first thing. Then 90 minute meeting that could have been so much shorter except they have no idea how to have a meeting. So many conversations that should take place offline. And I was the last item on the agenda so I couldn't bug out. Then freaky weird problem. Then department party (I won an ornament!) Then another meeting. More freaky weird problem. Party food made me queasy. Got very little done.

Sheesh.

Our wings are not tired.

You need a comfy couch in your office, Gud. Please be safe.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I just had 3/4 of a fabulous dinner. Fish sticks and broccoli. NO TATER TOTS. That's not right.
