I guess the pet dying lesson will be sooner than I thought.

msbelle, I hope it's a betta. The one we got for Owen is ridiculously easy to care for. Even moreso than a goldfish.
By the way, msbelle, the last box you sent. Went over HUGE. Owen loves the clothes. Liv can almost name all the Teen Titans now. I'm so proud.
Well, at least it isn't an oscar...I think that is the carnivorous fish my brother has. They go to the pet store to pick up its food: goldfish.
The sick, sick thing is that D is perfectly ok with watching the oscar eat them, but woe if you try to put down a maimed one. He's ok with the fish eating the other fish in all gorey detail, but heaven forfend a human takes part in the process. It makes sense, in a rule of nature sort of way....?
Since y'all already know that my brother lets him play with the lab mice slated for death in the line of cancer research, I figure you already know the child is warped.
IIRC it's called Flirting with Forty, which when I saw an ad made me go, "Forty? Heather Locklear is not flirting with 40.
I felt so guilty for thinking the same thing. Forty? Twenty years ago.
it is a betta and mac has named it Lugia, the Legendary Water Pokemon.
This was a giveaway and came with a temp plastic home and then a more elaborate glass and metal home. not sure where it is going to live, but it seems we have a new pet.
I'm a men's 7 1/2. I go shoe shopping and I feel like freak of nature, because half the stores don't even stock my size.
psst. Tom's feet are dainty
I have no problem finding shoes. Pants, though... it seems fewer stores carry 36" inseam these days....
not sure where it is going to live, but it seems we have a new pet.
Where the cats don't notice it.
I would be conflicted about that being scheduled opposite the new Librarian sequel, but with the latter showing on TNT I feel confident I can catch any of the other 20 airings that'll be broadcast this week.
I just read the summary. A new librarian movie. And vampires? I am so recording this.
I can wear size 5 kids shoes, so I got these [link] I like them, they have a 30s vibe--and you can't beat the price!
Heh, Scrappy, Abby has that same pair.
I, on the other hand, left children's shoes behind a long time ago. Size 9.5.
And Tom, Lewis feels your pain-- he's an 8W and it's impossible for him to find shoes, especially for work. He's taken to wearing MBTs, since he's on his feet so much.
Flirting With Forty is based on a Jane Porter novel and Jane wrote it after she got divorced, went to Hawaii and met a hot surfing instructor nine years her junior.
With whom she's now expecting a baby at age 44.
Go Jane.
