Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Here's a good summary of publishing industry clusterfuck: [link]

Yikes.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

space beer:

Neat! Only this:

There's really no beer like it because it uses 100 percent barley.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

I don't wanna write a Greek history paper: it's the weekend, hence it's evil to do anything that doesn't make me happy.

Why can't I copy-paste this policy to every weekday? I don't mind reading articles, but actually thinking? And writing about something I'm not sure about it yet and don't have an original thought about?

Signed,
Don't wanna be a responsible adult, it is WEEKEND

Punishingly Intricate

Happy finding-each-other-versary, msbelle and mac!

What she said!!!

Frank, I am so sorry.

I partied too hard with my friends in town from California and with my boyfriend last night. Lucky boyfriend got to stay home today (although he is up and working and reporting on the goings on--which animal is sleeping where--back at my ranch). I found out that my friend put my band in his new novel playing at a club i used to go to ALL the time back in SF. Book is with his agent now. Fingers crossed that it eventually gets published!! I know that is not so likely these days.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Oy. The publishing thing is freaking me out. I have a new book! And another not far behind!

Crap.

If book sales were up year to year I wonder if this is more a matter of just trying to cut costs in order to boost the stock. I don't know how many of these companies are private or public though.
