Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

~ma for your MiL Cashmere. I saw it posted but was on the road and running low on battery.

I have met my niece. She is tiny and floppy and makes the most hilarious faces. I am looking forward to buying her inappropriate T-shirts and styling her hair into a fauxhawk at Christmas.

The status is NOT quo.

I am looking forward to buying her inappropriate T-shirts and styling her hair into a fauxhawk at Christmas.

Aw. An auntie is born. Congrats!

Yay for nieces! And really, who doesn't love the fauxhawk?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Egad Noah is absurdly cute! I love the way toddlers walk.

I graded two paper sets this weekend. I am almost more proud of that than I am of not killing anyone over Thanksgiving dinner.

“Not dead yet!”

Barb probably way to late for me to chime in on your slow cooker, but ... might you consider Ropa Vieja?

It's a thought, but my family's recipe for ropa vieja doesn't use a slow cooker and I'm almost afraid I'd be courting bad mojo if I messed with the tried and true.

Has no rhyme or reason, I know, but it's just a feeling I can't shake.

hip deep in pie

What does it say about me that I had NO idea that Tina Fey has a pretty significant facial scar?

I have noticed the scar, but I didn't have any idea that it was as significant as it looks in that picture.
