What's a buttercup squash?
google says it's like an acorn squash. Mmmmmmm squash.
I've never heard of a buttercup squash. It sounds little.
The good news is, buttercup squash is delicious!
(I had both tonight and preferred the buttercup.)
Kat, it looks kind of like a flat acorn squash. Tastes like a sweeter heartier butternut.
Looks sort of like a acorn squash but flatter. I guess it's similar to a butternut, so I'm good.
Is it easier to peel than an acorn squash? I find acorn squash hard to peel, but I like it better than butternut, so I usually use it anyway, but then I lose a lot of the squash's meat because I'm lazy with the scraping.
