I've been trying to get a savings account going, but it's currently at a balance of $250. Not quite the savings I've been planning on! I've only got a few more things to buy for Christmas, though, so after that, I'll be able to add to it, I hope.

javachik-- they recycle a lot of it, pass on usuable things to charity, et cetera. At least they say they do, which I will hope very much they aren't lying!

I was watching when a woman went in and sat down - she had a lap full of wriggling puppies, all wanting cuddles. Then it went downhill, with the puppies yelping (wow! loud and high-pitched!) and fighting. Made me think that if they don't get better behaved, being raised by wolves would be an improvement.
