Hypothetically, if someone just found a bottle of vegetable oil that was opened and then shoved to the back of a shelf for let's say three years, would it be good still?

I'd toss it. It does go rancid. Plus it's pretty cheap.
I had a nightmare last night that I was fired and have been a stress case all day. I'd be so fucked. I tried to go to yoga tonight which would have helped but it turns out the 6:15 class I tried to go to is held at their studio in the 'burbs and there were no classes at my regular studio tonight. wah!
So I just watched an old MI-5 and ate mac & cheese and felt sorry for myself. Now I'm going to try to do some clothes organizing and, if I'm really ambitious, try to make it to a 9:45 showing of Happy Go Lucky. maybe that would cheer me up.
Ugh, lisah! I hope you can shake it off.
Perkins, if you want to use it tonight, I'd just smell it -- rancid should be obvious, no? Otherwise, yeah, toss and replace.
That's what I figured. Toss it is.
mac is having such control issues. oy.
Oh, msbelle. I hope things continue to get better for you guys.
I have two hours to decide whether I'm going to see Appaloosa or The Duchess at the movies. I'm thinking of flipping a coin letting the buffistas decide.
Kat's cooking plans have me seriously drooling. mmmm. She's a damn good cook, too.
I am more than likely going the lazy route on T-Day and getting a turkey from somewhere. My fantasy however is to make a deep fried turkey, but I'm too scared to try making it myself.
I'm trying to grade today but kinda failing at it. Life is just conspiring against me.
Oh, PS for Cash: I want to see The Duchess.
Nilly, your profile email kind of isn't, according to mine.
Email my profile addy so I can email you back about Secret Santa, please?
My family Thanksgiving is going to be on the Saturday... I am so disappointed as it is my favorite holiday!
I knew that the AKC had a poll on it's website so that we could help the Obamas choose a dog for their family. I had not known that they had actually searched out some available pups in the breed chosen (poodle):
The Poodle Club of America (PCA) consists of responsible breeders and individuals devoted to Poodle Rescue. They are the ideal resource for the Obamas as they conduct their search.
With the PCA's help, the AKC located potential Poodles for consideration as Obama's new canine cabinet member. Among the eligible candidates:
AKC Delegate Mary Ellen Fishler of Halcyon/Camelot Miniature Poodles has a 7- week-old litter of Miniature Poodles available in Gaithersburg, MD, just outside of Washington, D.C. Contact: PoodleClubOfAmerica@yahoo.com
Six-week-old Toy Poodle puppies rescued by Flora's Pet Project/Poodle Rescue Connecticut will be available for new homes in early January. They can be adopted by contacting Marianne Smith, President, Flora's Pet Project at flora@floraspetproject.org. Click here to see a photo of these dogs.
Rescue dog "Ollie" is a 2 year old Toy Poodle (photo to the right). He is housetrained, neutered, vetted, vaccinated and is on flea, tick and heartworm preventative. Ollie can be adopted by contacting Poodle Club of America Rescue Chair Sally Poindexter at PoodleClubOfAmerica@yahoo.com
