Doubtful Gudanov, the Crawford ranch was just a prop to prove Bush's folksy and down to earth nature.
That's it, I am now disillusioned about Bush.

I wonder where he will go, then, if not Crawford. (From what I've seen, he's been made to feel distinctly unwelcome the last bunch of times he was in Kennebunkport, both from the locals and from his family.) (And from my dad and me -- we were out on the Kennebunk River in a kayak, which we're really not that good at controlling, and accidentally ran into a Secret Service boat. They apparently decided we were harmless and just told us to try not to do that again. This was maybe two summers ago, when W was up there for a family wedding.)
The Bush's are moving to Dallas, aren't they? Where Laura can hobnob and be on a bunch of boards. And George can concentrate on writting his book.
OK, that last part isn't true but still...
We've been watching Wall-E non stop since we got it Tuesday and I love the homage to HAL.
The thinking is that she'll get a book deal before he does, actually.
Without a doubt, she will.

Plus Laura is getting her own house, as she'd divorcing George.
OK, it was the Inquirer or somesuch that said that. But it'd be funny if it was true. Cuz once Bush is out of office, and the spell that protects Cheney expires and he disintegrates like David Bowie in The Hunger, George will be hated and ostracized by all.
Funny that Dallas county was one of the very few blue counties in Texas.
If she does - maybe her book will be a tell-all thing that will race up the bestseller's list.
Is it wrong that I hope Bush becomes an alcoholic again (if he's not already) and becomes suicidally depressed? Not that he actually kills himself - at least not right away. I want him to suffer.
Because, um... that's the only way he'll learn from his mistakes.
But really, it's his arrogance and absolute certainty of his actions that really pisses me off. Besides the wrecked economy and the hundreds of thousands (at least) of dead and the shredding of the constitution and....
Question - when Biden becomes VP, does he get Cheney's bunker(s)? the "undisclosed location" Cheney's always hiding out at?
