I know the answer to the fox, the goose, and the grain!

OK, so it's a dumb thing to be proud of, but you get your jollies where you can.

My dear daughter has tickets for a midnight showing. I have already mocked her. If she was a bit older, I'd send her a flask to take with her.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Criminal Minds fans--those of you that like Reid, do you want to take care of him? And those of you that like Morgan, do you want him to take care of you?

I should start watching criminal minds. While I probably wouldn't want to invite Mandy Patinkin over for drinks, I do like him on screen.

eta: ooooh and I reeaally like Joe Montegna. He's one of my all-time favorites.

In other news, despite not being a fan of the show in particular, I'm addicted to JDM on Grey's Anatomy. At this point, I'm thinking the "Denny is the Angel of Death" scenario is being played out too obviously to be the truth but "Izzie Stephens, I'm here for you," sounds awfully reaperish to me.

Any fans heard buzz to this effect?

You'll need reruns to get him--A&E on Fridays still has him on. Montegna is on the new ones on CBS Wednesdays.

Bonny, you may want to ask in Spoilers Lite or Spoilers about JDM (spoiler for this season, therefore needs whitefonting)--I know word has been let out about Izzie's plot this season.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Today, I met the guy who invented the Roomba.

Also, a bunch of genome people, CDC people, a few astrophysicists, and Lawrence Kasdan.

It was a surreal, but wonderful day.

And I got a plush syphilis AND a plush HIV microbe in my goodie bag.

HOORAY!

Oh jeez, thanks for the cover ita. I didn't realize it was a spoiler. Gack. I hate making those mistakes.

Damned cool. Can he fix mine? The scheduler doesn't work.

Yes.

I don't know why that took so long to occur to me...

Another CM question-what's the relative rank of the Patinkin/Montegna character--do they outrank Hotch? Power seems to fluctuate.

My Princess Bride/Chicago Hope Patinkin love was pretty darned pure until I started seeing him in interviews and hearing about the divaing. Not that such things matter though, he's a real talent and does his job well.

I can't even explain why I love Montegna so much. His nice guy characters just make me want to hug him. Plus, he reads the Spencer novels and I can't get enough of his voice.
