Well some friends of Buffy played a funny joke and they took her stuff and now she wants us to help get it back from her friends who sleep all day and have no tans.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Though it feels weirdly voyeuristic.

Yeah, I actually just changed tabs to give them their privacy. Rather ironic, given the millions of people watching them...

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

heh ... the puppycam was featured on the news last night with a suggestion that one of them might be a good pet for the Obamas. I expect they'll get even more views from that. (and, yes, I know the puppies are all promised, but the newscaster either didn't or whoever researched it didn't)

Yeah, no. Spitz breeds? Shedding explosion!

“Not dead yet!”

Yeah, no. Spitz breeds? Shedding explosion!

Oh, so very word.

Because books.

What breed are the puppies, exactly?

They're Shiba Inus.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Shiba Inu.

Puppycam will not load for me. Too many people interested in puppies, I bet.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Probably not hypoallergenic. Which makes them not a good choice for the Obamas.

Because books.

I've never heard of that breed. Huh. They're adorable, is what they are, no matter what they're called. I want Purple Collar so much.

Yep, just my point -- if anything, they're hyperallergenic. (And a notoriously bad choice for inexperienced owners; just ask anyone who does Shiba rescue). But there's a sad tendency in morning-news level media to promote the idea of "cute! hey, everyone should get one!"

Sorry. I'll get off my totally humorless puppy-placement soapbox one of these decades.
