Now tagless for your comfort.

I need a good rockin' pixie cut. I think I'm ready to go really short.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Do you hear that? It's the sound of Ultimate Suffering. The Man in BlackHecubus makes it now.

Oh, it's okay. Ple's already done her part.

Now if Cash or ita decided to grow it out, I might cry, 'cuz they're short as a matter of personal aesthetics. It's no dalliance for them.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

When it comes to hair, I am both Plei and Cash right now. Which is actually kind of impossible.

See, the bob (not a Posh bob, it was more a Katie bob) was too much work in the morning (because who has 5 minutes to devote to a blowdryer?) so I am seriously considering a short cut, but for now I am just growing it out. Again.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

When I grow my hair long, it's not like it spends much time down. I tend to grow it long so I can wear it up in elaborate 'dos.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am growing mine out to avoid paying for a cut and so I can put it into a ponytail. I'm almost to ponytail length, but not quite. Hopefully by Christmas and then we'll see if I can make it all Spring without a cut.

but there's no such thing as cool-looking sweat pants.

Listen to Prof. Burrell.

I endorse this program. What're you talking here, fishtail braids or Zuni Princess? I vote: Joan Holloway. Which would really be a rocking look on you.

That's why longer hair is easier than a bob. Except in my case the updos are not elaborate, maybe a low ponytail at the nape of the neck, twist it up and clip it, or pigtails. In my fantasies the MarySue Me looks all casually chic and French. I suspect the real life me just looks a bit sloppy.

The Prince tribute band on David Letterman is oddly compelling.

Maybe it brings to mind just the funky Prince and not the new, less improved religiousy one.
