I am growing mine out to avoid paying for a cut and so I can put it into a ponytail. I'm almost to ponytail length, but not quite. Hopefully by Christmas and then we'll see if I can make it all Spring without a cut.

That's why longer hair is easier than a bob. Except in my case the updos are not elaborate, maybe a low ponytail at the nape of the neck, twist it up and clip it, or pigtails. In my fantasies the MarySue Me looks all casually chic and French. I suspect the real life me just looks a bit sloppy.

Of JZ's hair? It's a lulu bob but without bangs and plus curls. So, more of a thirties bob: shorter than this, more vintage looking like Flapper era Joan or Bebe Daniels.
