It's not like she blew me off. She just left with another guy, that's all.

“Not dead yet!”

Extended family dinner tonight that I so wish I could bail on because I really, really don't want to be around most people.

Rest of the weekend is probably spent in recovery. Probably with pizza.

What does a "pro-marriage" billboard look like?

This with a big red Ghostbusters-style stamp over it?

What are people doing this weekend?

I'm going to see a band. Shocker!

I'm also attending a meeting, probably going to brunch, and I should start working on my Yuletide assignment.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm going to see a band. Shocker!

I'm going to TWO concerts.

And neither of them are even bandom adjacent.

Art Crawl!!!

I think I'm wasting away my birthday - but on Sunday I'll be at the SPN con.

I'm going to try to get to the yarn shop tonight so I have something to do all day on Saturday.

If the streets around the hotel aren't actually all highways I may venture out to the movies or to Barbara's Books. (Assuming Google maps don't lie about their proximity to the hotel.)

Hoping for something nice than McDonalds for my birthday.

Now feeling depressed.

I plan to catch up on some sleep this weekend, with a side of napping. Last night was the first time in a week that I got a full 7.5 hours. Or 5, for that matter.

Why have you forsaken me, sleep-inducing BP meds?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I have been such a FSA slacker. I brought the paperwork into work today since I didn't do it last night. Not only is it a mess, I have a ton to submit, over $1K. On the one hand YAY! OTOH, I could have been using that money.

At least I got one claim faxed in today before I left. 2 more need agency sigs and I need to do the form on another.

This weekend: karate, dr appts, playdate at our place, a movie for me and hopefully ebay listing.

Sun: church then family pictures and then homework.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

What are people doing this weekend?

Well, I'm not going to be driving the car. It's back in the shop and it'd take $2,800 to fix it. Which is way more than it's worth.

So instead I will be going to Little League tryouts tomorrow, standing all day in a baseball field with a clipboard and a latte and casting judgment on other people's children.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Happy Birthday ChiKat!

No real plans this weekend. That's ok, the next two weekends are conventions....
