I randomly was thinking of her this morning at 6 while I was walking the dog. God knows why. I was thinking "her name is Sun Moon. Hippy parents!"

She's doing well, gets tired faster than she normally does, but that's to be expected. The morning sickness has subsided. Oh! And she's started working part-time for the local textile workers' union. (Textiles is a labour-intensive industry making great use of unskilled labour, so there are a lot of immigrant workers in the industry with poor English, and such workers are of course very vulnerable to being denied their legal rights. The Union was rather keen to get hold of someone with an interpreting background.)

We had her parents staying with us for the last month. They went home on Tuesday, and Wallybee's missing them. But they'll be back around when the baby's due.

I remember seeing an interview with her where she said that they picked the name because of the line in Annie Get Your Gun, "I've got the sun in the morning and the moon at night."

Well, the Flexeril helped some with my shoulder. Still hurting, but nowhere near as much as before -- the Flexeril took away the part of the pain that was coming from the muscles being tight, so all that's left is the pain from the inflammation. So, still pain, but just one source instead of two, and the inflammation is going down.

I've enjoyed OKCupid (which is free!) and met a couple people from there (though not the current girl). Which is more people than I've met from any other place, and, free...

The throat slashing freaks me out. Eep.

Also annoying: [girly tmi] cramps and spotting, when I am on the Pill, and in the middle of a pack. GRR. though I suppose that may explain some of my hormonal drama and paranoia the past few days.

oh crap I do have a crush on a boy at work. Dangit. Please let him be gay.

Speaking of...kind of...CBD just left from getting all of his stuff. I've moved on to feeling sorry for the poor guy. He looks terrible, and is really struggling. And he finally got what a huge support network I have, and it's actually hitting him in the gut. We both posted the news in LJ. I had like 16 responses in a short period of time. He got three total in two days. So, now he's questioning his friends as well as our relationship, and the last six months of his life, and yada yada yada.

He really wants to stay in touch. I said we'd see. Also, he really wants me to give his family the gifts I was making for them. He says that they would really love them, and they're really beautiful, and they know about them, and they might be hurt if they don't get them, but he'll understand if I have to make that decision.

Ugh. More wine.

Oh hon. Do what you feel is right, but I'm grinding my teeth over that entire last paragraph. (Well, next to last. I have no quibble with the wine.)
