Giles: I jump out of the circle, jump back in, and, and, shake my gourd. Buffy: Hey, I think I know this ritual. The ancient shamans were next called upon to do the Hokey-Pokey and to turn themselves around.

Spike's Bitches 43: Who am I kidding? I love to brag.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Oh- I never though of pronouncing the "tw" together, although I am not sure why!

Art Crawl!!!

I think it's because I always write it as "tw", but I realize that people say it t-wop. Weird.

Hey, I wanted to ask my grammar/spelling Nazis: what's the difference between an advisEr and an advisOr? I see them used seemingly interchangably, but don't know how it's properly used.

I don't know if there is a proper use, but I have only encountered adviser at large universities, and advisor in real life.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Hey, I wanted to ask my grammar/spelling Nazis: what's the difference between an advisEr and an advisOr? I see them used seemingly interchangably, but don't know how it's properly used.

Well, neither kind is very helpful, but for different reasons. The first kind doesn't really know enough to give you good advice, and mostly sits there muttering "well, er..." The second kind knows plenty, but can't help you choose between options. So it's all "you could do this, OR you could do that."

In summary, I didn't get enough sleep last night.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'll forego my tale of the terrible joke my dad used to tell that helped me guess the word Shir was hinting at to instead bring you this antique LOLcat

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

am at Orlando Airport. I walked thru a ton of empty terminals to find mine at the end if the line jampacked with travelers. The 6 gates at the end seem to be all flights. Of course my plane hasn't arrived yet. I love air travel!
