I think the plan was for all of us to go. Maybe we can meet for drinks or appetizers?

My plan for tomorrow is to leave Lafayette about 9:30 or 10 in hopes of missing rush hour, and then stop at middendorf 's for lunch, which should put me in NOLA by mid afternoon.

Tom or anyone else who will be in NOLA, do you have a power cord for an IPad, or any apple device that isn't an iPhone 5 with you? If so, can I borrow it? Mine is still in Galveston I'm afraid.

Lee, ask the concierge at your hotel. I did it in Huntington Beach (I actually asked where an electronics store would be) and he pulled out a box of chargers and cords customers had left behind.

This doesn't seem to be that kind of hotel, but there is a target not to far away, so I may just swing by on my way out of town. You can never have too many charger, after all.

Oh, bummer! I wasn't even expecting it when I asked him, but it does seem like those things must get left behind a lot. Why not offer them to other guests?

I have mine with me. Just turned over the wheel again. We may stop in Tallahassee to visit a friend a bit. Expect to get to NOLA late afternoon. Very smooth travels so far.

CP is mighty unlikely because they said quite clearly they were booked and their biggest table was for 8, and I think you are already at 8. Sooooo, unless they have a major change of heart, what is happening before/after dinner? I don't imagine we will get there until 4 or 5ish.
