Funny thing about black and white. You mix it together and you get gray. And it doesn't matter how much white you try and put back in, you're never gonna get anything but gray.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

The Margaritas at Cactus are merely ok.

I can attest.

Best ones in town used to be at Pesos. I think some of the newer places have even better ones.

Tapas at Ocho in Ballard. Mmmmmmmmm.

I have no respect for any food program that goes to Ballard and doesn't mention Cupcake Royale, Sam's Sushi and Zak's Burger Joint. Oh, and Pete's Smokin' BBQ.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Is the place that originated the maple-bacon donut in Seattle? Or is that Portland?

Whew. I was so scared last night--someone had me convinced that Pride was the same weekend as the F2F. EEEK.

I just googled and it's not.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Wish I could come to the F2F, but it's the same weekend as the East Coast Filk Con.

(Not like anyone will miss me, but I figured I'd speak up)

I was also not expecting full frontal male nudity in a comic book movie. I mean Batman never shows his...

Which is a crying shame now that Bale has the role. (Not that broken up about missing out on Beetlejuice's full monty...)

I saw Monsters vs Aliens this afternoon to get out of the apartment and away from my drawing desk for a bit. I ended up liking it much more than I expected.
