What do I need to do to make Brooklyn a reality? And who can help me?

F2F5: I forget that everyone isn't us
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.
I can help with the planning, but I can't do much of the stuff that requires actually being in Brooklyn to look at hotels and stuff.
I can help from a distance. Just tell me what to do.
Haven't been here since March 3. Did everyone have fun in Sayulita?
My sister is really involved with Sayulita Animals and MexPup. REALLY really involved. They are all doing such good work down there. It's awful how the animals are treated. And that could go on for hours, but what I'm wondering is, did everyone have a good time? ChocoBanana still there? etc.?
I checked back a few months and didn't see any mentions - is anyone planning on coming here to San Antonio for Worldcon?
I am!
I've got Dallas in April, Montana in July, and my sister wants to go to San Juan sometime this summer. I think that's all the travel I'll be able to manage this year.
Tom, if you want to host a Brooklyn F2F, my advice is to just put together 1-2 potential hotel/prom options by calling local places and explaining you're looking for a venue for a small reunion (I started by saying 20-25 people). I'd suggest you pick one or two weekends that would work for you and then pitch all the details here once you have them. I think it's very difficult to vote on every detail.
I would do a Brooklyn F2F, despite what I just said.
Gary and I will be at Worldcon, but only from Fri night to Monday. (Big family trip that gets back the Tuesday before Worldcon means we have to cut things short)
