Spike: Heard what happened up top, offing your dad and all. Don't know if you know this, but, uh…I killed my mum. Actually, I'd already killed her, and then she tried to shag me, so I had to-- Wesley: Thank you. I'm…very comforted.

Dang, is that a vacation resort or a deleted scene from What Dreams May Come?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

What about middle of March? At least one of the places meara linked is open either the week starting 3/12 (a Tuesday) or the week starting 4/1 or 4/2. I'm good with either. The fancy schmancy place also has some openings first week of April, slightly different for each of the options there.

My personal preference I think is this one - [link] . Seems very chill and unique. But I'm not married to any of these options.

Sadly that week leading up to easter looks really challenging both for availability and cost.

All those places look cool, but I've decided I'm going to have to stay home this year. I've been putting off some minor repairs around the condo and I can't justify spending that money on a fun Mexican vacation. I've got a garbage disposal and two faucets to replace just to start. And if it turns out I can fit it into my budget, I desperately need to replace the carpeting in this place.

Trust my rage

I thought I would let everyone know that I will be in Sayulita from March 24-27. I found two friends to go with me and we are doing a girl's weekend sort of thing. We picked those weird days based on airline costs. We are staying at www.playa-escondida.com IIRC, those dates didn't really work for anyone else, but I just mention because if anyone does want to come, let me know. I don't think we can fit more than 3 in a room, but there are other rooms!

I'm landing at SJC at 3:30pm on Sunday. Thoughts on sushi?

Yeah, given some work stuff that's happening I decided it would be better to go sooner than later, unfortunately.

But if anyone is able to join us, for all or part of the time, let us know!

I vote yes! I can look into it. Are you renting a car, and if not, where are you staying?

Does anyone want to join Shrift and I at Shiok! [link] on Sunday at maybe 6:30 or so?
