Wash: You want a slinky dress? I can buy you a slinky dress. Captain, can I have money for a slinky dress? Jayne: I'll chip in. Zoe: I can hurt you.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

Just booked a corner room there - I get a turret! As it turns out, they have a costume party on Halloween (backup plan if I can't get a ticket to the seance), and the day after they're screening Romero's Night of the Living Dead in the park next door.

Our wings are not tired.

Looks like fun but I'll either be at GAME 7 of the LCS, or at work. I'm hoping for some Easy Bay time with you and Bob, Lisa.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Hey, Chicago-visiting buffistas, I got an e-mail this morning about Kimpton having a sale, and one of the hotels with lower rates is the Monaco in Chicago, which ISTR being mentioned for someone's upcoming trip. In case it can save someone some $$: [link]

OOH, me! Thanks!

Eta: That link doesn't work for me--could you send me the email?

Speaking of which, Chicago!

What should I do, and can people come play?

Aurelia, are you working on anything/know of any plays that I might still be able to get tickets to?

Nora, are there any plans I can add myself and maybe others too?

Do people want to plan a dinner somewhere for Saturday and/or Sunday? Will there be snow?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Well, I think the official Buffista meet-up plan is going to be Friday night at 7pm at Holiday [link] for some bar-hoppin'. When are you coming in, Lee?

Saturday, I was thinking about XOCO for breakfast, and Publican for lunch. I have plans with an old college friend and his family at Suela's brother's restaurant Farmhouse Tavern for dinner, so I'll be otherwise occupied that evening.

Have the niece on Sunday, and may take her for deep dish pizza for dinner and Magnificent Mile window shopping in the day. Maybe the Zoo? (she's 18) I think Buffista company could be appropriate for Sunday stuff.

Trying to figure out the best time to take an architecture boat tour. I really should get on that...

Lee, I can share my Google doc of notes and links if you like!

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

What weekend are you coming? Keep me in the loop on plans!
