Actually, I may have a window Saturday afternoon. Maybe a late lunch? I'll poke Victor and Lea since I know they aren't on the board much. Maybe we could meet in Hartford.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.
Pix, it would depend on what time Saturday. I'm having dinner with my in-laws Saturday evening, so a late lunch in CT is probably out for me, but you should definitely e-mail Lea and Victor. I mentioned to Lea yesterday that you were in town and could possibly get together.
Liese, dcp, anyone need directions to Rosedale BBQ tomorrow? 12:30, right?
Call or text tomorrow if you do or need a ride in my elegant vehicle (not.)
That's right! And I think I'll be good, my GPS should be able to find it. See you then!
Fantastic; I can't wait!
It ain't fancy, but it's good.
WOO! Liese and dcp and I had some damned good BBQ and chit-chatted, and they got to meet the kiddo! It was so awesome to see them; I wish we'd had more time!

It was great to meet you all. I'm sorry there wasn't time to take Liese sight-seeing.
I'm still a little embarrassed. The reason I couldn't take more pictures was that when I put a freshly charged battery in this morning I failed to notice that the memory card was missing -- it was still in the drive in my laptop from when I copied the Pasadena trip pictures over to it. Oooops.
The picture I did get is here: [link]
(I still have yet to post the Pasadena pictures. I'll try to get to that this weekend.)
New England folks: my local family/friend calendar filled up a lot more than I expected, so I don't think I will be able to get away this weekend. I know a lot of you were pretty busy too, though, so maybe it's for the best. Sad, though!
Pix, I'm sad to be missing you this trip, but I hope you are having a wonderful time with family and friends.
Thanks sj. It's been forever since I've seen you. I ended up having a friend from NYC come up tonight and have family plans the next three days. I am enjoying myself though, which is nice. It's always hard to be here on one level, so it's good that this visit hasn't been as fraught as some of the others.
