Our wings are not tired.
So Chicagoistas, DH and I are considering a totally not work related weekend away. Shocking for sure. We heard a rumor that in Chicago they color the river green to celebrate our anniversary (March 17) and we thought we would check it out. Where should we stay? I expect we would fly in on Friday and leave Sunday. Of course the bestest part will be F2F time with the Chicagoistas so let's make a plan! Guess I need to buy gloves and find closed toed shoes.

If you're bargain hunting I had very good luck using Travelocity in Chicago. Just keep a tight focus on the downtown area and limit it to four star hotels and you can get a good deal.
