Apparently the zoo is closed today at 2PM, to prep for some fundraiser. I saw S post on Facebook about it being closed, so then checked the website for the zoo. MASSIVE fail on the zoo's part, because the info that's closed at 2 today is deeply hidden - it should be on the zoo's home page!
Sorry y'all were inconvenienced, but no doubt you'll find something else fantastic to do.
Oh, yeah, that is massive fail. I'm sure the Providence peeps will have fun, though, because they are BUFFISTAS! And we rule.
Luckily there is a science museum at the park and other fun things that are open.
