Well, the thing is, final negotiations can't take place until a firm count of rooms needed/persons per room is done. At least two of the hotels in Philly made that clear to me. I have a slight idea of how many people are going, but I have no idea how many plan to bunk together.

F2F5: I forget that everyone isn't us
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.
Java, do they want an exact number or a range?
Shucks. Back to the quiet corner for me, as well. Sis and her kids get into town on June 25th. Time to get comfy and wait patiently for pictures of happy, foamy 'fistas mingling in either Philly or Providence.
I'm very sad about the Buffistas who won't be able to come, but very excited that this gives me a chance to attend! Now I can finally book my tickets home. (Also, ND may be able to attend now, too!)
You will be able to see The Punk!!

Yeah, normally reserving a block of rooms means reserving a minimum, not an exact number.

Boo!

If Philly gets chosen, The Punk might have a Sara to play with, too.
Sorry, sj! I promise that M and I will get out there to visit you and Dave. This year the big trip is our delayed honeymoon in Seattle but next year is highly possible.
And if the F2F ends up being in Providence this year, I'll have the opportunity to scope out all of the cool things to do there a whole year ahead of time.
Nicole, I am going to hold you to that promise. TCG was just saying that it has been nearly 5 years since we were in Denver!
