It was a nice day. Very autumn.
F2F5: I forget that everyone isn't us
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.
It's so strange to see roses so late in the year! Just gorgeous. And I love the shapes and plants in the Japanese garden, it's so dream-like. A little like what I always imagined the Shire in the LotR looking like.
They were indeed blooming really late, but they don't call it the Rose City for nothin'.
Looks like rain tomorrow in our fair city o Roses. Perfect day for pedicures!
What about Provincetown or Martha's Vineyard?

Transportation for either of those would be an enormous pain.
Plus, finding affordable housing that is not camping (since I know how many buffistas feel about camping) in the most crowded time of the year in two of the most expensive vacation areas in the country would be difficult. Pity, though. They both rock.
Cereal: hmm...if I were to pimp se ct and plan it from afar, would anyone be interested? Amazing beaches, parks, museums (including Mystic Seaport) and the two biggest casinos in the country would all be within driving distance. I'd have to find us one of the hotels a bit away from the water, but I bet I could swing something. We'd have to have a few cars in most areas if we wantto avoid outpricing ourselves in the nicer areas.
Eh, yeah, but what a beautiful beach location, right? I've never been, but it would seem so.

PixKristin, where, Connecticut? I'm in already, anyway. I love the thought of something that isn't in the middle of a big city. Seriously, if the price is right, it's a great location, and there are beds, showers, and internet, and it's got accessibility, isn't that the bottom line?
