Zoe: I thought you wanted to spend more time off-ship this visit. Wash: Out there is seems like it's all fancy parties. I like our party better. The dress code is easier and I know all the steps.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

Our wings are not tired.

That was fun! Great to meet shrift, great to eat bar food, great to to have gin & tonic talk. Great!

Not javachik

Agreed! Nice view of the Bay and East Bay waterfront, and a pretty walk, also.

Lobbying for the next time: what about Chevy's at Embarcadero? I know it's a chain, but they have YUMMY tacos and The Best salsa. Best of all: right over a BART station, almost.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Portlandistas: Leverage is filming today between 11am and 2pm outside the Arthur hotel and then later at the lovejoy ramp. I will not be there, but there will be at least one real (non-actor) PPB officer. You have been warned.

I'll be in D.C. with some free time after 8:00 P.M on the 17th. Also will be exhausted, so not exactly at my best, but if someone wants to meet for coffee I'll be happy to see any D.Cists. Profile addy good.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Hey, I know this is super early, but I want to make sure I can see as many Buffistas as possible during our trip to San Francisco, so I want this to get on people's radar... also, I am super psyched about our trip and can't stop planning and thinking about it!

We are going to fly in on Sunday, October 4th and leave for wine country on Wednesday the 7th. We were thinking about checking out the happy hour at Eos (got that inspiration from JZ) on Sunday evening. [link]

Tuesday the 6th we thought we would like to hit the Toronado. We have 8pm reservations at AME but maybe we can do an after work thing at the Toronado for a couple hours before we make our way to dinner...??

Clear your calendars, we are hitting the town!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

My Google calendar is labeled "Nora!!" for those dates.

Oh, good. I had it in my calendar that you were only going to be available the weekend of the 4th. I get back from Spain on the 4th, so something later that week will be awesome.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Gotcha on my calendar as well, Nora. Let me know if you are going to be available for lunch or coffee or drinks or something in Napa, that's a shorter drive for me than SF.
