I am sadder than I was yesterday.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

That works nicely with your tagline, David.

Oooh, it really does.
I am sadder than I was yesterday.
That reminds me of Tom Scola's call yesterday -- after Hec had extracted from him all possible Prom gossip and passed the phone on to me, his first words were a wrenching cri de coeur, "JZ! How are you? I JUST MISS EVERYONE SO MUCH."
I do too. In fact, having missed the last several F2Fs and finally made it to this one, I have to say that the post-F2F sorrow may actually be slightly more heart-twisting than the I-can't-believe-I-missed-it bitterness.

yes, but it is tempered by the lovely memories.
I JUST MISS EVERYONE SO MUCH.
Oh my God yes. This.

You mean it's a raging matterhorn? Hmm. You could have a point there, omnis...
Do you need more Jilli?
How about 73 minutes of Jilli?
That's not a typo.
Seventy three minutes.
Jilli made an appearance on Queenie TV. This was filmed after the LA signing. Much fun was had. Jilli and Queenie really were separated at birth.
Yes, I have a cameo. Or two.
Pete and Jilli, where are you headed next? At some point I need to get another book signed by you. The family I brought Friday night? With the almost-teen who looked uninterested the entire time? Well it turns out she was acting bored but listened to everything and went home and talked to her parents for the rest of the evening...all about Jilli.
I need to get her a book, signed, that reads "Thank goodness you're a teenager now and past the Miley Cyrus days!" or some such. She turns 13 in October, so I've got some time.
