Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

It just glints so nicely in the sunshine!

Did I ever mention when I was living with the rugby dykes that I left for a weekend and came home to find them fully moved in, including a suit of armor in the dining room? Wild times.

We asked Lillian what she wanted to do this weekend. She suggested "Go to San Francisco?"

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

VERY MUCH SO!

(P.S. Tell her I miss her.)

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Smart as can be, that girl.

Matilda is wearing one of her dresses right now (the long-sleeved blue with buttons down the front) and looking very cute indeed. There may be a carousel ride in her near future.

for a young kid, she really is rather bright. Must be in the genes.

Glad House o Reason sold so well last night. Was it a good crowd?

I'd say there were more than a couple dozen or so, all told. Including several Buffistas and GCS fans. Jilli did say hi to the strangers at the beginning, so there were a few people she didn't already talk to online all the time.

Sweet. And 75%ish sell out is rather promising too.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I have not only unpacked. I've repacked and flown to another state.

ah, but if you didn't have to, would you be unpacked? I'm actually unpacked, but still haven't put the empty suitcase away.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I still have to unpack and then repack for the beach next weekend.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Vortex and I share unpacking habits. I think it's a mind game I play with myself. If I can still see the suitcase, then the trip isn't over yet. Right?

Besides, I'm off to Door County next weekend, so there's no point in actually putting it away just to dig it out again. Unfortunately, I guess that means I'll have to do laundry between now and then.

::counts underwear::

Hmmm. Not really. Except a couple of may favorite shirts are in the dirty clothes pile and I want to wear them. Laundry by Thursday it is!
