I walked the Book Spiral at the public library that was across from the hotel.
Isn't it great? I love the neon yellow elevators.
I will say, despite the craptastic weater (and it really is horrific - we've got gale-force winds going on along with the variable rain), it is nice to be back in the land of the unabashed jaywalker.
We all escaped without tickets! Well, omnis may get one yet.
Also at my gate, and missing you all like a polar bear.
Marmot! It really is over, isn't it?
Fuck, TCG seems to be coming down with whatever I had. We're checked out of the hotel, and I am not sure what to do.
Oh fuck, sj! When's your flight?
I hate to say this, but they do have barf bags on the plane for a reason (not necessarily this one, but...). Or is it going to be worse than that could deal with?

(remembers that one flight when the beverage cart blocked Tom's access to the plane bathroom.) (shudders)
ANYWAY. Hope TCG gets home OK.
We're almost back to the hotel, and we're just going to occupy the lobby until it's time to go. TCG is looking and feeling a little better.
Oh, ugh, sj. Tummy~ma for TCG.
She also gave a stern look of "NO!" at the suggestion of the Duck Tour.
Awww, but those folks were having so much fun! Get one of those things full of 'ffistas and Seattle would never know what hit it.
Arrived alive.
At 8:00 p.m. local time, we have clear skies, 94°F, 58% humidity.
Definitely feels like summer.
Sometimes I'm sad I was able to only make it to Prom.
But then I remember I was able to make it to Prom!
Glad everybody seems to be heading back safe and sound.
Thanks to Juliana and the Seattle-istas for organizing, wrangling, etc.
