My hotel room is very quiet too. And we had them take Thelma away, because she was swimming kinda sideways, and her bowl was filled with dirty water, and that's what it was like before the death of Danny. So... me... all alone, in hotel room. Should be packing. Bah. Hate packing.
Night!
G'night, omnis! (And good luck call with sending the fish away - that doesn't sound like the description of a happy or healthy fishy.)
(watching SPN 4.10, having just watched 4.9 and 4.18)
ya, sounds like we were the only ones with fish problems.
You are all delightful, each and every one. Dinner tonight was an absolute treat.
Packing is exciting. Unpacking is depressing.
Yeah that's why I'm not doing it. I'm also looking at everyone's photostreams in reverse order.
I loved watching this in the lobby.
I cannot see Scola's photos. Woe.
Do we need to send you an invite?
ETA: nope, you are in the pool. Huh.
Up in middle of night, not sure why you can't see them.
I cannot see Scola's photos. Woe.
Are you trying to view Scola's pics directly? If that is not working, have you tried going to the Buffistas group photo pool?
I am home. I am tired. I am afraid to nap or sleep for fear that I will not be able to sleep tonight. And I want Seattle weather back. It's 69 degrees (expected high of 82) and 82% humidity. Do not want, polar bear.
Am home now. Not a bad flight. It definitely felt less arduous than the trip out, despite the two initially noisy kids right behind my row (they passed out early, thank god). Didn't sleep a whole lot, but I've had worse nights sleeping in my own bed.
I already miss Seattle, and the buffistas more. My only regret is not getting to say proper goodbyes to some of the folks, especially Brenda and Sail since we rode to the airport together, but I never spotted them after check in/security, and their flight didn't seem to be posted yet. Hope they got away OK.
More later when I can post anything coherent, but I had a blast.
ETA, ok, Sail made it. I hope that means Brenda made her connection for her train OK.
I did! Fortunately the plane got in early so it was all fine. And I am now back in Chicago to find that summer has finally arrived. Yay!
