Oh, you can never *rely* on it, period. I've spent nearly 35 years here, and I've seen just about any sort of weather in any month.
But you can be reasonably assured that it will not entirely suck right about Mother's Day.
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

Is that mid-May? It's totally off my radar.
Mother's Day appears to happen in early-to-mid May. I think it's usually the weekend after the Derby and before the Preakness? I dunno. I just go to the events I'm told to attend, y'know?
It's the second Sunday in May.
Okay: this year Mother's Day should be May 10th.
The Derby is on May 2nd and the Preakness on May 16th.
HA! I was correct! (The Derby being on the first Saturday in May and all that.)
It scares me that I still tell spring dates by horse races.
Seattle is a long way north and chances are you will be chilly & damp up to mid-June, possibly later.
I don't mind chilly and damp and it's hard for me to get time off in mid-summer.
Yeah, I can tolerate pretty much any weather. Mostly voting based on my schedule. (Which I haven't really looked at yet, and thus haven't voted yet, but earlier just about always works better than later for me.)
Yeah, we always end up at cross-purposes with everyone's schedules. I know it's inevitable. There's no way I could come the last weekend of May since that's graduation (and the first weekend in June would also be pretty tough), but I know others have similar conflicts mid-summer.

It's a couple weeks before the Indy 500, right? Right around Time Trials, I think. Or Pole Day.
Um...
Hey, F2F voting!
