F2F5: I forget that everyone isn't us
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon.

Yes. I have a black tea-length crinoline she may borrow.

Excellent! One less thing to pack.
I have a snoozing Fay on my sofa. I win. I win SO MUCH.
We are checked into our room.
It's weird that people are checking in before I've even packed.
No, I still haven't packed. Partly because I went and got my hair cut. I can haz short hair!
I haven't packed either. Unless piles of clothes on the bed counts as packing.
I'm going to bring some vid DVDs, in case we have random free time in the hospitality suite or something.
Unless piles of clothes on the bed counts as packing.
Oh, it does. Interestingly, also counts as UNpacking.
I have yet to pack, also. I failed in my quest for a new prom dress, so it looks like it will be the same one from the past two years. Nothing wrong with it, I'm afraid I am suffering from dress ennui. Ah, well.
Arrived alive.
Actually, the trip went very smoothly. No problems with the flights, thank goodness. The Gray Line Downtown Airporter bus drop-off at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel is katty-corner from the Hotel Monaco, less than a fifty-yard walk to the hotel door. No reservation needed, if you are paying cash ($11) you can pay the driver directly.
I got checked in about 3:45, which makes it only 40 minutes from when the bus left the airport.
