If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Ooh, I like the way Fay thinks.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

YAY!!!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I, selfishly, am hoping for House of Wolves, because I never got to see it.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I, selfishly, am hoping for House of Wolves, because I did get to see it.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Well, given that I generally do at least two songs...

Hypothetically speaking, might there be a couch or a shared hotel room for a poor tired smonster should she arrive late night Thursday? I've waited so long that all the flight options SUCK.

Nevermind about the couch, but I have a question. If you are choosing a departure flight for Monday, and it's an overnight flight, does that mean you are leaving SUNDAY night and arriving Monday morning or leaving MONDAY and arriving Tuesday?

Never mind, figured that out, too.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Assuming we have a couch, you'd be welcome to it, sweetie.

Okay, ticket is purchased. JEEZY, did I pay for waiting this long, literally! ::facepalm::

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

So a friend of mine has recommended I check out the Columbia Tower because

It's cheaper than the space needle, less full of tourists than the space needle, and has a better view than the space needle (tallest building in the northwest!). Also you can join in the local debate about whether the new trendy ice cream shop or the new trendy frozen custard shop is better (eating at both is, of course, required).

It's only a few blocks away from the hotel, so I was thinking of heading there after lunch on Thursday. Anyone else interested? I was planning on stopping by the hotel to see who was around (and maybe stashing my luggage somewhere) and then take a stroll down there. Who wants to be my dessert buddy?

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Oh, I am supposed to pass on the message from my pet DJ that he is Very Cross with you people that Prom will be keeping me away from the usual Saturday night gothy club. But that he understands, and hopes we all have fun.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Who wants to be my dessert buddy?

Aw, shoot, I totally would, but I'll probably still be packing.

Speaking of packing (or, in this case, not), is it safe to assume that multiple Seattleistas own Lilo & Stitch and Matilda and I can leave our own copy at home? She currently needs to see it at least once a week and is now in fact a couple of days overdue, but there's always a risk in taking it out of the house.

(Also, javachik needs to see it. Really, really needs to see it.)
