Laura, sorry to see you can't make it.
Omnis, bring games if they aren't a chore to pack. Otherwise don't worry. People may be up for games - probably simple ones or ones they know well - but I can't imagine it being the place to wrap one's brain around a new game.
Things tend to just happen, plans rise, plans fall.
The motto for F2F could be "We don't need no steenkin' plans... ooh, candy!"
Okay, weird, in the middle of typing this, the page just changed and dumped me back to about post 330. No reason. Freaky.
I'm definitely going to be going here either Friday or Saturday for dinner: [link]
I suspect, since it's a popular place, that reservations are going to tough to come by. Is any one else interested? I'm perfectly OK with going to the bar on my own if need be, but if this interests others (and I know Plei said it's good), we might want to come up with a strategy. If it's Saturday, going in early, since we've got the F2F, might be an advantage in terms of getting a table for a number of us.
Frank, the husband and I would be interested.
Frank, that looks delicious! If the trip doesn't overlap the Underworld Tour, for which I am already committed, I'm in.
Yum, i also think dinner there on fri before the underworld tour would be mahvelous....and maybe easier to get a big table early in the evening?
I throw in one more plea for anyone who has an open bed/sleeping space Friday night before i suck it up and buy my own (off site, less spendy) room for the evening.
So I'm meeting a friend for lunch at Pike Place Market on Thursday...and that turns out to be only a few blocks from the hotel! So maybe I will stop by in the afternoon and see who's around.
She said to meet her "by the pig." What does that mean?

There's a bronze pig at one of the entrances. I forget where exactly, but I'm sure if you google "bronze pig pike place", you'll find it.
You can't miss the Pig, it's right by the main entrance once you've turned the corner from 1st.
