Sox, are you going to be doing any readings in the New England area?

Or Nashville, by any chance? We've got a great indie bookstore!

Sox, would I need tickets or anything for the reading? I thought it was on Sunday--I actually land about 5pm tomorrow, so I could maybe make it!

YES! In October, touring NE for a week with Ilana Myers and Seth Dickinson - [link] - Wellesly MA 10/13 (Wellesley Books) - South Portland ME 10/14 (Books-a-Million) - Keene NH 10/15 (Toadstool Bookshop) - Saratoga Springs NY 10/17 (Northshire) - Manchester VT 10/18 (Northshire)

Then I'm reading at KGB in New York on 10/21.

Or Nashville, by any chance? We've got a great indie bookstore!

Sadly, not this time around. I'd love to, though. And Louisville. Someday, maybe, if the book does well?

Also, on Fbook the other day, JZ was right - there's been at least one buffista at every Uptember event so far, since the launch. It's been amazing to see you all and I've loved every mini-F2F.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Your people should have you read at Tubby and Coo's, our local sci fi fantasy bookstore! Would love to see you down in NOLA.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Fran, I don't suppose you'd be anywhere in the Midwest for a book signing the readings? I know it's a doubtful hope.

Also, the New Orleans face to face was fantastic. The party is fun, I only had a little bit of introvertism that I had to walk around the block and even then it wasn't that bad. The food was fantastic, the company was even better, the people in New Orleans are so friendly, the Atchison, the horticulture, the music... I had such a good time...SUCH a good time. Thank you everybody for making this possible. We need to do this again because I LOVE New Orleans.

Woo! Now that I've been home for slightly more than twelve hours, it's time to start thinking about my next trip.

Anyone up for brunch on the 11th? I could also do brunch on the 18th, because I'm not flying out until Monday morning, the 19th. Maria, I know you said you might be able to come over, which would be great! Vortex?

The only times I am definitely booked up so far are the nights of the 14th and 15th and all day Saturday the 17th (and the 10th, because that's a travel day) but I figured that brunch might work the best for the most people.
