Aww man. I'm so jelly. I wish this had started to be planned like, a week earlier--because y'all started planning this about a week after I'd already made plane reservations with my BFF for a whole different city. Otherwise I'd so be there.

Me too. I was all set to go (thought it was the 25th), then realized that it was the same weekend as my friend's wedding.

Strix, since your keyboard is borked, want me to work up a Google doc real quick with what I know and share it with everyone? Then everybody can just fill in their own info/preferences, and the document can change as we nail things down more. I'll make columns for all of the things we've talked about, but we can add/delete as things firm up.
