Then everybody can just fill in their own info/preferences, and the document can change as we nail things down more. I'll make columns for all of the things we've talked about, but we can add/delete as things firm up.

Y'all, I can't thank you enough for self-organizing. It's really not my strong point (hello, understatement) and I made it to vacation (where I am now) only by taking out a metaphorical payday loan of spoons. I am so thrilled and so touched that so many people are taking the time and money to come celebrate with me.
