Looking at the map, their Union Square designation is a bit of marketing fantasy.
The restaurant is off of the Powell Street station, but it's South of Market on 5th, behind the Westfield Center. So near the Metreon but a block over on 5th instead of 4th.
If you're driving you'd want to use the parking lots on Mission you'd use for the Metreon.

If you're taking public transit from Fisherman's Wharf, you'd use the same methods you've been using to get almost anywhere!
Ugh. WAKE UP, REST OF YOU PEOPLE. RISE AND FLIPPING SHINE. The hotel will apparently let us check our bags here, which: yay. Flight's not until 4:40, so we need to be at SFO by about 2:40. Anyone who feels like hanging post-brunch, I'm thinking about going back to the Wharf and to the Musée Mécanique again for a bit.
