Looking at the map, their Union Square designation is a bit of marketing fantasy.

The restaurant is off of the Powell Street station, but it's South of Market on 5th, behind the Westfield Center. So near the Metreon but a block over on 5th instead of 4th.

If you're driving you'd want to use the parking lots on Mission you'd use for the Metreon.

If you're taking public transit from Fisherman's Wharf, you'd use the same methods you've been using to get almost anywhere!
