All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

The parting shots have begun. [link]

Hee. From a Yahoo politics story

Five senior GOP strategists, when asked late Tuesday who they now view as their party's leader, had similar answers.

"No one," was the response of two. "Don't have one," said a third.

"Six or eight people think it is them, but no one else agrees," said a longtime party veteran.

"Damned if I know," said the fifth.

People keep mentioning Romney, but I don't think Mormons are going to be too popular.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

The parting shots have begun.

Oh, for fuck's sake. That guy's gonna help decide the disbursement of arts grants for the next four years? Way to be a total wankstain, Mister President.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

That guy's gonna help decide the disbursement of arts grants for the next four years?

Six. Expect grant applications to come back rubber-stamped with "My kid could draw that".

“Not dead yet!”

I believe Mr. President qualifies as an official shitweasel, no, JZ?

It's from the movie The In-Laws, the original one at least.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

And, speaking of hunting, going by the looks she was giving McCain Tuesday night - and Cheney's hunting, um, accident - might she have succumbed to temptation and cleared her path to the presidency?

McCain's had people gunning for him before, whereas she hasn't ever had a moose or wolf shoot back. My money would be on the maverick.

Our wings are not tired.

The county I live in now, 68% for Obama and 31% for McCain. How weird is that?

Not weird at all. You switched 'em all with your canvassing, of course.
