I don't think you can underestimate the effect Palin had for Obama. McCain picking her really pushed some people to Obama.
Most of the small number of people that called into Dave Ramsey saying they voted for Obama cited Palin as a big reason.

My milkshake is totally a fauxshake, but I can't drink the real thing without dire consequences. So soy, frozen banana and sugarfree chocolate it is. And it is pretty damned tasty.
Chuckers can run within hours of birth and thei develpment process seem to be a good model for the evolutionary process of bird flight.
