CBS appears to be calling West Virginia for McCain. No big surprise there, though again without hard numbers to support it.
They're being much more conservative this year about relying on exit polls, but in somewhere like VT, the exit polls won't even be close, so why not go with them?

It depends on how they're weighting the data they have at this point -- exit polls vs. raw precincts reported vs. the weighting of which precincts have reported.
